About your ethics review process:

Please fill out the ethics clearance form found on this website (officially known as the Summary Protocol Form), and fill out and modify as necessary the sample consent form that also appears on the website.

The two items need to be submitted to the course director, who will also be responsible for approving your applications.

If you wish to get clearance as soon as possible, and before the sections on ethics to be discussed in class, the course director will need to speak to you in person about your understandings of ethical conduct in research before giving final approval.
